悪事を働くも良し、クエストを攻略するも良し、自由に冒険するも良しです。
NPCにも特徴がありAIで動いている。これはRadiant AIと呼ばれ、街の住民や動物などこれで制御されている者達は極自然な動きをする。
またキャラクター達の音声なども凝っており、声優はハリウッドの俳優達が起用されている。
